It’s very comfortable its just amazing

Good 4 Treadmill only

I use them for the treadmill only, which is fine as they are very light, but there is no ankle support so not suitable for sports in general with lateral movement, imho.

Comfortable

I was surprised at how comfortable the LAMBAs are to wear while working out.
They could use a little more lateral support.
